Rough Clean

This is the first pass, typically done during or right after construction wraps up. It includes removing large debris, leftover materials (like drywall dust, caulking, paint splatter), trash, and anything the construction crew left behind. We also give surfaces a rough wipe-down to prep for the next stage.

Light Clean (Prep Clean)

This is the detailed middle step. We clean inside cabinets, drawers, and closets, scrub bathrooms and kitchens, clean windows, dust walls and fixtures, and vacuum and mop all floors. It’s where the space starts to actually look livable or ready for inspection — but not quite done yet.

Final Clean (Touch-Up Clean)

Scheduled right before the space is turned over to the owner or tenant. This phase catches smudges, fingerprints, streaks, and settling dust from the last few days. We perfect all surfaces, shine glass and chrome, spot check floors and corners, and make sure everything smells fresh and looks flawless.
